Re: Report Site Issues Here
Thank you.
Interesting because I couldn't publish it till I agreed that it wasn't in an NP when asked.

Re: Report Site Issues Here
That's because your listed co-ordinates are in the NSW zone of Cocoparra which is a permission only location.No_Tomorrow wrote: ↑08 March 21 5:58 pmThank you.

You MUST provide either:
a. A scanned permission form if the location is in the controlled zone
==OR==
b. A declaration that the location is NOT in the controlled zone
As your final co-ordinates are not in the control zone, by making that declaration you allowed the geocache to be published.

Re: Report Site Issues Here
Hi gurus
I have been checking out the new research "Gotta Find 'Em All" section and it doesn't seem to have picked up recent trig and trad finds in this section. Am I correct that thses finds should have been recognised?
Thanks
Danny (aka Luckyl10n)

Hi Danny, I got mine ok, I went in and checked the day I logged them just to make sure and I had the points. Did you check straight away or a few days later, Not sure if that might make a difference. Just a thought. Janet

Re: Report Site Issues Here
Hi
I was looking through my finds today and noticed that the cache: ACT Caching Birthday Event - 20 Years (GC8K0BB), hadn't had my log jump across onto the GA yet. When I was looking at the page it claims that the cache is a traditional cache instead of an event cache.
Would it be possible to have this looked at please.
Thanks
JohnoMawbs
P.S. Also, even though it isn't important, my log has been uploaded but as a 'note' instead of an attended log.

Re: Report Site Issues Here
We don't know anything about that event type from the GPX file that was imported. Depending on who imported it and the file version it's not in the GPX file as a standard event type. It's been changed to a standard Event Type now.
When your log imported this morning it also came through as a Note, so I've now updated it to an Attended.

Re: Report Site Issues Here
Many thanks for adding the GA unfound under statistics/finds...much appreciated.
My GA unfound corresponds exactly to my query...but just wondering why the DZ total would be higher.
Given some of my GA unfound are history caches then the numbr of DZ should be less?

Re: Report Site Issues Here
dZ caches are a strange creature in that you may have found a geocache BEFORE you were a dZ member, so that is a found cache, but not a found dZ cache.

Thanks for adding unfound stats to statistics page, a lot easier to read than the graph. I notice on my youngest cache found it shows I found it on 25 April 2021, I actually found it on 30 April 2020 so it can not possibly be my youngest cache?

Re: Report Site Issues Here
That's not the found date, that's the hidden date. i.e. The youngest cache find is the geocache that is the youngest in terms of days since it was hidden. So as it was hidden on 25/4/2021 and you haven't found a geocache hidden AFTER that date, it is the youngest.whitewebbs wrote: ↑26 April 21 10:10 pmThanks for adding unfound stats to statistics page, a lot easier to read than the graph. Re: Report Site Issues Here
Sorry that is incorrect as to my personal stats but not to computer stats as hidden date. CO must have changed the hidden date effectively republishing it. People found it last year on Anzac Day 2020 and I found it on 30th April 2020 (that date hasn't past yet this year!)

Re: Report Site Issues Here
As the date is 25th April 2021, that's the only information we have to go on.

Re: Report Site Issues Here
I just created 15 caches. Only 6 show as published publicly, but all show as published in my profile hides. The ones that are not showing up have a location as "Locationless,Locationless" instead of NSW. For example https://geocaching.com.au/cache/ga21790. Other points of this geoart in this ocean area worked but not all of them. Is it simply a geographic map issue, as in I just have to move it all West a little?
