dual listing is listing a cache on both this site and the secondary site
we think it's better not to dual list a cache. the reason is that dual listing splits the cache logs between two different systems, so there's no single place on the net where you can see a complete list of logs
additionally, we already mirror the secondary site caches here, so there's no need to dual list your secondary site cache here.
