Geocaching Australia

I have a job at work where I need to plot a microwave link to some sites in Canberra. Two are easy being hills with existing towers, but the others are harder. Does anyone have a Canberra street directory handy or can somehow give me UTM or lat/long coordinates for:

470 Northbourne Ave, Dickson (opposite Goodwin Place)

ACTEW substation, Latham (just NSW of Gininderra and Kingsford Smith Drive).

Unluckily my 1:250000 topo isn't quite up to that detail

Thanks, if I had to find a map then get the coords from google earth that was the next plan of attack. Haven't seen the building myself to know for sure which one it is, but will email it to the customer to make sure it is the right one.
