Shutter spots

What do you do with these? They appear when I run a query on GCA. Has anyone ever logged these and how do you log them???
It's a game on www.gpsgames.org
Basically a virtual cache but you are provided a clue in the form of a picture and coordinates within 10km. The challenge is to find the object pictured and prove it by entering the correct coords (within 100M)
