Geocaching Australia on Facebook does belong to this site. We have a many Facebook administrators so it will depend on who made the post. As far as speculation of what those posts mean (there's another one this morning) you would need to identify who is doing the posting, what they are doing and what it all means. I'm not organizing any of this so I can't help with the details. Maybe more speculation is needed.

I've updated the first post with some information that has been discussed to try and keep it all together across what I suspect will be many pages of discussion.

Is that link supposed to lead somewhere besides this page? I can't seem to get it to work if it is.

If I were to suggest a theme for a game, I'd be looking at encouraging finding existing GCA caches; even if it is a re-find. GCA has not suffered from a shortage of hides, it's suffered from a shortage of finders.
A cache is hidden, there's a flurry of activity, then it sits for years, with the spiders suffering occasional disturbance once or twice a year. Those caches are a big asset. It'd be good to see them getting some exercise.

In South Australia we are suffering a shortage of GCA hides - especially ones in good locations, with good coords and good containers. (ie. hidden by people that know what they are doing)
