How do i add a photo to the cache page description. I have the url but can't get rid of all that Latin writing in the preview box. The image is tiny and not worth adding to the page.

You will see an icon in the editor bar that looks like a mountain range with a moon or sun in the top left corner. That's the image icon. Place your cursor where you want the image, then click the icon and follow your nose. You can ignore the preview box that text will not appear on your page. It's an indication of how your image will be presented in terms of its position relative to the text.

Yes Ive done all that but the image that appears on my cache page is tiny about 1cm x 1cm
The image I saved online is the original image not cropped. So it should appear the same size and quality

Never mind, I just tried copying the URL a different way and now it works .I always find trying to add photos on the listing page on GCA difficult.

Your photo is not public. I see a small grey circle with a line through it.

Yes. You will probably see the image because you have it cached at your end.

Oh dear. Not sure how to fix this. It's in the same folder as all the other caching photos on other cache pages. Uploaded to Picassa. The settings haven't been changed. But since google now run this site the steps for getting links is different.

How do I add a photo, this is not as simple as it should be. It's my photo why can't I just copy and paste? I've copied the url from a shared folder in google photos but nothing is displayed. This continues to be so frustrating on this site.

Google images do not allow for them to be hotlinked from their site if I recall correctly.

You can add the picture to the gallery for the cache by going to that caches page, clicking on gallery and then you can upload an image. Viweing that image in the gallery will give you the link you need to embed in your listing.

Thanks. I've managed to do it by right clicking on the image and copying the image location. That works but copying the link that google provides does not work.
