I can vouch for the need for the occasional personal contact (having done "Michael" and found a non-functional cache puzzle on "Gilligans Island") and was just lucky to have either mobile email contact or mutual friends to get contact numbers.

As long as the facility isn't abused (like, if you're a shift worker caching at 3am), I think a mobile number for setters of tougher caches is a Good Thing.

None of mine are that tough (yet), but if you want it on record, my mobile number's 0401 699 421 (until August, when it gets an 0011 64 in it...)

I have often thought how handy it would be to contact a cache owner when in distress. Having spoken with Bear_Left the other day when he was in a spot of bother after doing all the hard work I think its a good idea and I'm happy to volunteer my number. 0411 635170. And no I'm not a shift worker, I'm a shit worker.

My contact number is 0422426139 and I am a shift sh*t worker so guess when I get most of my caching done....

Good idea. If you are ever down south and want to get in touch for any reason, I'm on 0417 495 016. Do you want to keep this just for NSW, or move it to the general comms area and get all the States into sharing?

This is where a DB table of sorts would be handy, or perhaps an extra field on the forum profile?

I certainly could have used maccamob's number at Dry Gully a while back. Mine is 0409 944 463...but I often leave it behind so if I don't answer...!!!

Hmm. I'd have to think about that a bit. Access to the mobile numbers here is for people registered for the Forum (assumed to be cachers), and therefore no problem. Access to the numbers on a WAP site would presumably be much more open to others?

My number is 0411-196946 and can be used between the hours of 8am-10pm... and frequently has been...

just edit your profile as usual and it should work
