Cache Supplies - Any Good Idea's

So we were currently planning a few caches and am busy looking for a few items that many geocaches have used.

I thought that we could share any good products, and places to get products from. For instance exactly where do you buy magnetic key holders? Or where do people get good strong magnets from? Any
unusual containers people have used? Oh and I could add the favourite where do you get ammo boxes from (But this has been done a bit).

There is a great combination lock with Key Holder (Ie enter combination to unlock key holder and lock) which would be great for a secure cache (But at $40 from bunnings) its a little expensive, anybody seen anything similar but cheaper?

Good strong magnets are from the insides of old computers

I used an 'Eclypse' mint container as a micro cache, painted it, and glued two magnets to the back, nice and cheap.

Saw it used my Everlasting on one of her caches...thanks everlasting

If scalvaging hard waste is fine in your neighbourhood then this is a great source for old hard drives. I have also collected busted drives from a local computer store (the only condition being that I destroy the hard drive component with a hammer for privacy reasons), and occasionally the IT guys at my school deliver old ones to my desk!

I went to the Aussie Magnets store last week and made a small purchase to test some ideas I have. They have an amazing range of rare-earth (and other) magnets at what seem to me to be pretty reasonable prices. They also have an on-line store.

Two words of warning:
One, the woman working in the shop the other day behaved like the most officious and obnoxious know-it-all I've ever had the displeasure to meet. I think I was supposed to feel privileged to be allowed to spend my money in the store.
Two, if you check out their on-line catalogue (http://www.aussiemagnets.com.au/Merchant2/merchant.mv), you may eventually recover from the bleeding eyeballs the horribly-coloured page induces, but please do not mention it to the company. Apparently they have NEVER had a complaint about it (obviously - one look, and all but the most persistent will run), and I was told that their website designer said it was "perfectly fine" I suspect Jakob Nielsen (http://www.useit.com/) would have a fit.

All right, I feel better now... I'm not saying don't shop there - just leave your self-respect at the door.

Check your local guy out... he might have some too
