Yes I did. Error keeps up like this....Did you click through to the request form, fill it out and send it off?
The form was not submitted for the following reasons: You are coming from an unauthorized domain. Please use your browser's back button to return to the form and try again."
Rechecked several times to ensure everything is correct - ended up each time with the same error result. Could anyone enlighten me to where and why it happens and how to solve it?

Varuna asked:
After "unauthorised domain " in the error message there should be a URL. what is it?
I just tried a test mail, it went ok. PK tells me he is getting requests. Is anyone else seeing an error message when using this form?
It's something that shouldn't be happening, there is a security check in the code to make sure the form being used is on www.zip.com.au. This is one measure to stop spammers from using the php page to bulk email their rubbish....You are coming from an unauthorized domain....Could anyone enlighten me to where and why it happens and how to solve it?
