RSS feed [closed]
Just wondering if the RSS feed survived the overseas move, since then it has been silent. Is there a new url to use? <br> I miss it!
we have moved the rss feed onto the new server for your viewing pleasure
it's now at: http://forum.geocaching.com.au/rss/forum.rss
if you can think of a good place to put a link to the RSS feed, let us know and we'll put one in

That is exactly what it is meant to do, instead of going to the forum page, and continuously pressing refresh to get the latest posts, an RSS ticker will refresh the list at a predetermined time interval (to avoid server loading, no more frequently than 60 mins!), and notify you via some visual method that new posts are available for viewing. This way you only click on and view the posts that interest you.
yes, someone has used an accented character in the cache name that we haven't managed to filter out yet. we thought we had a routine to filter them out but it looks like we missed it
sorry we don't have time to fix this at the moment so this one will have to wait until we get back in a couple of weeks time
it will probably disappear in a couple of days or you can use the specific state rss feed in the interim
