Try this website http://smartnetaus.com/home/index.php?q=node/1. Click on the map of Australia and enlarge until you get the separate ones for SA

Thanks for that. :D

Looks like SA may have a few new things that can be logged as finds.

Minotaur have managed to climb back into second place!

There's still a long way to go though. It's hard to believe we're still not at the half way mark of the competition yet.

One week of the Summer Scavenger Series to go. Lets see if we can shake things up a bit as we appear to be the only clan spread around the country. Is this an advantage or disadvantage? Seems to be an advantage as far state control goes but not so for SSS?

It's been difficult for us, being the only team from SA competing. We've already found most of the caches around Adelaide that are actually there and are not obscure puzzles.

I have a four day weekend coming up, so we'll hopefully get out and place a few more hides before the end of the games.

Well I have done as best as I can considering where I live and hiding a lot of Regular Mystery hides that will get one or two finds over many many months. I have run out of things to do this week and now have to wait till Thursday 26th January to see the last lot of challenges. i already have the hides in place for the 26th and 31st challenges and yes they are regular and mystery to gain as many points as possible. It looks like I will achieve my goal of 180 challenges over the 9 weeks of the series and of that I am more than happy. Going to Brisbane on 29th for three days and will try and get down to the GCA hides on the South side to see what can be achieved.

Like many we have found most GCA caches in Tasmania so were restricted for choice. We ended up putting out a lot of puzzle caches and enjoyed the experience of putting out our first Beacon and podcaches even though there were none for us to find in these categories.
We are looking forward to our next trip to SA so we can find the caches you have put out J_&_J, have even started solving the puzzles.
We have a wedding in Brisbane in May and hope to make a dash north to find your caches oldfella.
So even though there wont be SSS points they will help Minotaur keep hold of SA and QLD.
Interesting to see that the clan control of states hasn't changed much during the game, we may be 4th in the game but we still control 4 states.

Congratulations firnsy for managing 20 scavenges for Minotaur from New Zealand-a great effort!! We feel there should be extra points for overseas scavenges.

Well done team Minotaur - we did the best we could given the dispersed nature of the participating members. This did however help us to maintain control of three states and one territory.

Thanks to all the clan Minotaur members who participated in the Summer Scavenger Series. J & J certainly had fun over the last two months, and for us, it was never about winning, but doing our best and contributing to the GCA community by finding and hiding GCA caches.

I'm not sure how other states fared regarding which clan earned the most points, but Minotaur totally owned South Australia during the SSS.

We didn't do a bad job of maintaining ownership of Tasmania. We have listed your South Australian hides as targets for our visit to Adelaide later this year. Well done and thanks J_&_J.
