Re: best power trail in Sydney
If you want a good caching experience (and power trails don't always provide that) then you can't go past the ZFPT around Manly Dam.
It's 'only' 20 odd caches plus a few others around the dam but each cache is different, it's a great walk and a lot of thought has gone into every hide. Not the "walk 161 metres, look for pile of rocks at base of post, open, sign, replace... repeat xxx times" type of trail.
The first cache tells you all about it. Well done to the zargfinders.

Re: best power trail in Sydney
The GCA Blue Mountains PT is good too, though Zarg's is one of the best trails Ive done.
Re: best power trail in Sydney
The BMPT is GCA, paegleboy wants GC caches to get to 1000 quickly.
Pot of Gold is a good trail (& a good bike ride), but most of the caches aren't easy finds.
For anyone wanting a huge number of finds quickly, Sydney isn't the place to look for powertrails. Canberra would be better, for example the 50 Must See Places trail gets you about 54 caches (there are a few additional ones) that are easy finds. There are other trails nearby. There's a new powertrail in Canberra that has 100 caches - there's a topic about it on here.
Or Bookham (Hume Hwy, just beyond Yass) - there are over 100 in the powertrail plus a few others nearby).

Re: best power trail in Sydney
There is the trail along Windsor Road although the cache names appear to have been changed to hide the fact that it's a power trail. At least 60 caches on the trail and there are other pre-existing caches along the way which boost that tally. Best done walking or on a bike as you can't park along there. It was called the Windsor-Rouse Hill Power Trail (WRPT) before. If you are after the numbers...
