Geostuff, where are you?

Post by Calypso62 » 10 December 13 4:13 pm

Does anybody know anything about Geostuff? I've sent Carl a number of emails both directly and through their website. I also rang their number and left a message but no response. This is unusual as they normally get back to me reasonably quickly. Anybody able to enlighten me?

I saw Carl this morning at about 9:30am, so let there be no rumors about his demise.
I have sent him a message and I'm sure he will be here forthwith, he is very reliable.
Appearances can be deceptive.

Folks, if you have a query, please bear in mind that it is Xmas, and the massive rush has been on for some weeks. Please be patient. At the moment we are working until very very very late each night to get the huge volume of orders out promptly. And we are inundated with queries (mostly about trackable Lego Men !), delivery times and queries about currently placed orders. We are also offering engraving and free gift wrapping, which is cool, but slows things down a bit. If your query is about "when will you have, or "could you get me a ...." you are on the list, and we will be able to answer you after the 15th when the volume dies down a bit. Hopefully. Thanks.

I have received a reply from Carl and I thank him most sincerely for that. Geostuff is my preferred supplier of geocaching goodies and they are doing a fantastic job. I didn't realise just how busy they are at this time. I apologise to Carl if I have caused him any grief.
