That will get my geokiddies (actually now geoteens) interested again. Mad Dr Who fans. Especially fans of the Weeping Angels. And Cybermen. And Daleks. And Sontarans. And Silurians. And...

DON'T BLINK

Good luck!

Hmmm, my initial thought was OMG, but on reflection I like it.
A more difficult theme is likely to result in quality before quantity.
Now to find one. Lock up your churches good people!

mmmm Transporting Angles may be a problem, predicting a few broken wings along the way, they are usually pretty fragile things, especially when carting around in a Tow Truck

Angles are usually pretty tough, although I tend to agree that angels might be more fragile. How about a padded box for angel transport, whilst just chucking angles in the back?

Black Bunny is in the process of organising a cache for those who find and repair angels. I don't think he plans anything special for angles...

I am sure the world renowned Gnome Hospital would extend facilities to all angels. :gnome :gnomette :frog :frogette

As far as angles are concerned, acute angles are OK they are sharp enough to seek help but obtuse angles are a pretty dum lot and usually don't even know they are in need of repairs! :-&

As long as they have wings. That's what makes an angel and angel.

Not sure that we're holding true to the original theme here. Must have wings? There's a serious suspicion that the Statue of Liberty is actually a weeping angel but is under constant observation. No wings!

The Maze of the Dead (GA5757) has been activated. A spot for Angels to be revived & regenerated.

http://www.cachinggames.com/weepingangels/rules.php

I'm not going to rules lawyer the game, so all I'm hoping is that people will join in the spirit of the theme. Your cache must be a bone fide angel. Any creature can be a Weeping Angel but it must have wings. Planes and spaceships don't count. You can have a duck or bird I suppose. You can (I really suppose) have any statue, but I'm personally (i.e. for my own caches) looking at creatures with wings.

From the wiki link
Weeping Angel
Type Winged humanoids
Home planet Unknown
First appearance "Blink"

Although I'm going for any creature, I'd like it to have wings, but if you can find a winged creature, use your imagination. And no, your cache won't be disqualified because it doesn't have wings.

Will these be ok? They are only about 28mm tall, so I guess they would be classed as a micro, which is against the rules:
