Money support for website
The nsw geocaching assn website says that buying a pathtag each year supports their association.
Is there a suggested purchase(s) to help fund the gca site, or are all the developers mega rich already?

Hardly....
You can make a donation at http://geocaching.com.au/shop if you'd like.
Thanks!
note: your friendly developers personally take no money from any funds raised, it all gets rolled in to paying for hosting and what-not. Any contributions, no matter how large are appreciated.

Re: Money support for website
While I would hate to discourage the purchase of the yearly Geocoin from GCNSW (which does a lot to help keep us afloat by the way!) finding a few dollars for the new GCA Pathtag is always high on my agenda when they come out. It's a great way to support the website... and you get shineys!
Re: Money support for website
I align my primary donation to GCA with the due date of my Groundspeak renewal plus add a couple extra each time I make a purchase.

I was in my backyard this arvo counting native birds - satin bower bird, willy wagtail, wattle bird, shriek, even a pheasant coucal but not a Lark in sight. Sorry.CraigRat wrote:Did I mention the server is powered by Single Malt Whiskey???

Most of the money I find is in the bottom of the washing machine.
Re: Money support for website
Like many geocachers, I pay $30 to Groundspeak annually for premium membership, so at the same time each year I also donate $30 to GCA... I feel that my GCA spend is much better value than the other mob!
