Wedderburn 2012 - what a great event

I returned home earlier this evening after attending the Wedderburn 2012 event on Sunday

What a great event

The quality of the caches hidden for the event and others in and around Wedderburn made it an absolute pleasure to travel a few hundred km to attend the event and gave me renewed hope that even though we often seem to be living in a geocaching world dominated by power trails, micros, nanos and noobs wielding iPhones (nothing against iPhones, i have one myself) there are still geocachers out there that appreciate quality over quantity

Congratulations to The Old Blokes ... if there's another Wedderburn event next year I'll be there as I'm sure will many others

I'd like to reinforce Rhinogeo's comments.

Wedderburn was a fantastic event with quite a number of high quality and very creative hides (just think "The Green String"). A big thank you to The Old Blokes for creating the event and all the great hides.

If a Wedderburn 2013 is on the cards, we'll definately be there.
