Yes, covert, I am a person that has trouble with spelling and grammar, I'm dyslexic. However there is a simple way to overcome this problem, it's called spell check (available in Word, Excel, and GSAKcovert wrote:Stop and ask yourself how this person is in a position that they cannot spell well.

Excellent point PBL.
