I've got a P7 and it's a dam good touch. Might have to get another one.

I saw that, but also saw that I could get a P7 for $40 shipped on eBay.

Dealextreme is where I get mine. I am moving across to 18650 powered units now since they have such good run times.

I'd be surprised if you can get a genuine P7 for the values quoted and just logged into the site to have a look at the P3 and there was a warning about pirated copies so please take care.

As a volunteer fireman I have used a P7 for a few years now and I love it, while it is not intrinsically safe and has to stay in the truck while wearing BA under certain situations it is a fantastic torch, you will be very happy with it. Mine has been belted and banged around and is still going strong.

Looks very similar to the packaging that I got mine in (not saying that is a great indication these days). At the end of the day so long as it works and your happy with it it is all good!

One thing that stands out is I got batteries with mine...

I might buy one of these just to use the rechargable AAA's someone accidentally bought instead of AA's #-o
