... you are driving along and see a windmill. Your thoughts/actions are:

slow down, count the blades, and you don't worry about the cars behind you objecting to you slowing down, or double back to find a convenient car park and jump out to take a photo;
run through your mental list of windmills required to complete Great Aussie Icon Hunt 101;
first thing on getting home you turn on the computer and check your list of 'unfound' windmills;
check Google Earth/Street View for an image of the windmill to cross check your count;
update your lists then check how many more to go before you can visit the big windmill in the sky.

True story, embellished to make a good read.

You find yourself saying you doent seem to have the drive for geocaching that you used to now you have hit 5000 then try to back that up by saying you have only found 300 caches since then.

You see Gnomeo and Juliet, and cant help but see references to the gnomes from the moving cache race.
Seriously. The first blue gnome you see, on the tap? That one looks so much like doc!

P.S. Thankyou to GA2847 (Gnoming around) for keeping me company tonight whilst seeing Gnomeo and Juliet. Best date EVER.

When a cashier at an eftpos terminal asks you whether credit or cash and you wonder why they'd want an eclipse tin.

And when you see a van marked Active Micro Cleaning, and you think, there's a job in that?
