I'll add my voice to Albury/Wodonga. I'll go as far to say the venue will be out of town in Bandiana. And the team from Canberra on the committee? MV. My two cents.Lucy wrote:Albury/Wodonga is my guess (2 mayors, excellent facilities, easy access)

...although having "access control" labels on the vehicles could be indicative of an establishment that is already conscious of who comes and goes.

Comments made about Appin (just south of Sydney). I've stayed there a number of times and it is a great spot with lots of bunk cabins available for communal sleeping. But I've stayed there a few times for radio club events (we set up big antennas and listen, or drink as the case may be) and I haven't spotted any deer.

The Scout camp grounds at Appin I would recommend too as I have stayed there a number of times for the now defunct Music festival Blackstump. Great Grounds and lovely area!Richary wrote:Comments made about Appin (just south of Sydney). The Snowys? Maybe in the region of Cooma or Jindabyne. Sure to be deer farms around there.
And Australia day flags - now that makes sense...

Newcastle being within 100km wipes that one out, and I mentioned Port Stephens early on.pprass wrote:Port Stephens NSW (Nelson Bay area)
