Many, many happy returns to us all! =D> =D> And a very special thankyou to the current and former website developers and original forum owners, caughtatwork, CraigRat, ideology, Riblit, Swampgecko, embi and Pyrenees Kid for this great web site, and allowing another aspect of caching. May the next 10 years go onto bigger and better things, particularly now we have so many wonderful new ~large~ caches to find. \:D/ \:D/

Happy Anniversary GCA
I've had enough trouble running a hobby website and I can't even imagine how much work has been put into this website

Thanks to everyone who hid an anniversary cache, and thanks to those who will go seek them!
(If you've never hunted a GCA cache before, what better time than now!)

Thanks to all those who came before who helped pioneer geocaching in Australia, some of you are still around, and some are not, but without you things wouldn't be the same!

Hey, I didn't realize overseas cachers were using GCA to publish their caches now - watchout Groundspeak, here we come \:D/

Yep, converting all my cache hides to GCA. I'll still find the ones from the other site for family fun, but have decided to log only GCA caches.

Happy Anniversary Geocaching Australia

What a wonderful way to spend time off, we have found some lovely places whilst out caching that we probably wouldn't have found.

Many thanks for the upkeep of the site and the continued activities

I was pleased to join in the 10th anniversary party. Had two GCA finds today, a 2TF on a hide by PrincessDiala, and a FTF on a hide by pwags.

Happy 10th birthday Geocaching =D> =D>
Thanks C@W for the event =D> =D> :-"
Thanks Dave Ulmer for Geocaching. =D>  :-" :-"

Yay! 40th to find today. :)

Happy anniversary Geocaching, and well done to everyone involved in GCA; it's great to have an open alternative to GC, particularly one originating from my home country. :)

Well done Craigrat and C@W for the hard work you guys have put in over recent times. Also to Ideology and Pyreness Kid (and others) for their work in the early days.

A big well done to the placers of the 270+ caches that were published today. GCA has become a true alternative to GC.com.

Congratulations and thank you to everyone who has been involved in geocaching in Australia for the past 10 years! =D> Thank you to everyone who has placed a cache for me to find. Thank you to all those who have found and logged the caches I have placed.
Thanks to Ideology for creating the GCA website and bankrolling it and the forum for so long.
Thanks especially to Craigrat and caughtatwork for your work and those others, past and present who have contributed to the ongoing strength of the website.

It has been exciting to see the growth of the game since I started.

Now that the sun has set, all good blossom*s are inside where it's warm and dry playing on the computer and saying HI to all their forum friends :D :D :D Today has been brilliant!!!!!! Amazing =D> =D> =D> What a fabulous idea it's been from our developers to have the Anniversary caches, Virtual cache for everyone to log their Anniversary caches, 10 Year Anniversary virtual Event and this forum thread. Without these great fun times, our site would be a lot less interesting. WELL DONE to the developers and to those in the past who've got us here to where we are now after 10 great years.

And a huge thanks to the heaps of people who've hiddden all those Anniversary caches (currently 277 :o ) It's been so much fun and, although my "raid" is a rather small number, the fun had today was great \:D/ \:D/ \:D/

A special mention to rogerw3 who hid 31 caches for today!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unfortunately I just missed out by about 26 on getting them all  But we went to some really lovely spots so the ones we found have been a great day out. Thanks rogerw3 8)
