Re: Report dragonZone issues / problems here
I understand all that and do visit the page before the expiry date. I check that I have the rewards for each task completed. This is not the problem.
On Wednesday above the list of new tasks there is a heading - Weekly Rewards and an icon then X followed by the points value. It appears on Wednesday only. I thought it was related to :
"You will also be rewarded with at least one research material for every level below the tier you have completed but these rewards will vary between claims as the guardians of the dragonZones are notoriously protective of their treasures".
As I've only ever got 25 level 1 points for this reward I was wondering for this reward I was wondering what the above sentence refers to.

Re: Report dragonZone issues / problems here
Could one of the "faeries" please take a look at my current research task level 2.
It requests I find 2 unknown/mystery caches on the same day...which I did on 3rd October...but no points were
awarded.
Those caches being GA17906 GA13878
Any help greatly apppreciated...cheers.

Re: Report dragonZone issues / problems here
Hi Sirius, did you go back to the research tab/task as that is the only place you will see the points. It might be that simple. If not the faeries may need to to do more.

Re: Report dragonZone issues / problems here
Hi Whitewebbs...yep tried that a few times, but still only shows possible points.
Normally the task goes green when completed....but no change atm.
Must be a glitch of some sort.

Re: Report dragonZone issues / problems here
Thanks for the report. This should now be addressed. Please had back to the research task page again to claim the materials. You have also been rewarded with some Bug Buster points.

Re: Report dragonZone issues / problems here
Is there a glitch with the October 2020 games? It looks like there are more sizes being allowed eg other and regular. I thought only nano, micro and small were the ones to target to find for for this month.

Re: Report dragonZone issues / problems here
When viewing maps of individual DZ's underneath you can select options....
Actions
View Caches
View Caches (GCA)
Google Maps
Google Maps (GCA)
Google Earth
PNG Boundary
Recalculate dragonZone
Return to Zones
When viewing the map for the Circular Head DZ, for some reason a list of GCA caches won't load???
All other DZ's I've looked at all work ok.
Maybe a glitch with the Circular Head DZ only???

Re: Report dragonZone issues / problems here
It does work, it's just very slow.
The polygon (outline) of that zone is extremely complex. There are lots and lots of island which make for their own polygon in the database. The query to get the data takes about 2 minutes. If then has to render it on the screen.
It may be that the Google Map is also timing out on your end, but if you leave it long enough it may render.
