Is there a way to share some information about ourselves to make it easier for the KK to arange something appropriate. Make up of team, age of children, alternative hobbies etc. Maybe include it when we send cdmark the address if people don't want it in their profiles.

That sounds like a great idea. I will 'close' the thread over the weekend, let's say 6:00pm Sunday, and then if all those involved can PM address details and brief profile I will send them through to the KKs. Cheers.

OK. I have PM/emailed the KK details for everyone out. I have doubled checked that I have not missed anyone and that I have not included anyone twice....here's hoping!

If we can try and have them posted out by next week that would be great. Most of all have fun, and a Merry Christmas!
