Hi All,

As 3rd year psychology students, we are completing a study on health related behaviours. A wide range of participants are sought to allow us to collect quality data.

You are invited to take no more than 5 MINUTES (really, it is) out and complete the survey. Please be honest in your responses.

You move from page to page by pressing "Submit", which can be confusing, but trust us, it's the right one. You're at the end when you get to the page that says "Thankyou".

If you decide not to continue at any point, please close the window you are working in and your data will not be used. The survey is anonymous.

Please do the survey only once. And only do it if you are over 18.

Good luck in getting data that is useful. I did some of my post grad work at Monash so I know how hard it can be to get good data.
