Thanks everybody.

I rang the contact number provided in this thread (obviously I was blind on the site because I had looked - not well enough)

A very polite gentleman checked the order, apologized for an email that might have gone astray. The problem was that they were waiting on TBs coming in.

He very kindly offered to send me what he had and send the TBs later and not charge postage for the TBs.

So it all looks good - and my little panic was a storm in a teacup.

Ahh, that might explain why the order I placed with Sphere a couple of weeks ago hasn't shown up yet. I ordered a couple of TBs.

Have you also made a phone call to check? Its worth it incase he has suffered email issues.

I just phoned the contact number given on the first page and was told that they had been waiting for stock to come in from the USA. He said the travel bugs in particular had arrived yesterday and he had seen the box personally this morning, so they are going to work on clearing the backlog of orders ASAP.
