My regular breakfast is a couple of low-carb pancakes (made with powdered milk, baking powder, splenda, cinnamon, and an egg) with either a dollop of low-sugar maple syrup or a few sultanas.

My fave on pancakes is Cadbury's Caramello ice cream   not great at breakfast though.

At breakfast I settle for maple syrup or honey, although I have considered scrambled eggs on occasion, or fried tomatoes.

How on earth do they make low sugar maple syrup?!?!?

Maple syrup for us too. The proper canadian stuff if we can afford it. With a dob of vanilla yogurt as well.

Lemon and sugar if we're desperate.

Well Piglet placed his usual Sunday breakfast order of pancakes. He has his made in a pan with a spoonful of butter then liberally doused with genuine Maple syrup. Mr Pig got his pancakes at 2pm when he woke up after night shift. Mrs Pig cant eat pancakes - just gets to make them for everyone else

My god what ever happened to having the real deal??? :) Do you have flour in that??

My recipe...

S/R Flour, icing sugar, couple of eggs and then milk to desired consistency. Cook gently with unslated french butter :)

The little Rats cannot start a Sunday morn without Dad making some pancakes:

2 eggs, big scoop of SR flour (never sure how much), teaspoon of sugar, drip of vanilla essence, enough milk to make it runny enough to pour properly.

The little Rats like the following toppings:

Vegemite, hazelnut spread, honey and cream, or Dad's favourite.

Mrs Rat is also into the Vegemite (weird woman!)

And Dad's favourite: melted butter and brown sugar.
