Yep, its pretty ironic, a year ago some were complaining about the rain, now I dont think anyone would dare do so, apart from maybe far north Qld. We only got a few mm out of this last lot, but hopefully, its a start. Nice and humid. Hopefully some afternoon storms on the way.

Would you guys come down to VIC to do some caches (and bring the rain with you)?

And if you ask Nilbog he will say the lack of dogs...... I just sprung him doing one of our caches that require you to go into a dog"leash free" area. It has been raining here all day so no dogs were out except me.

I always complain about the rain, but I love it.
Pat, 2 years ago we moved from North Tamworth to cairns, has it really been that dry the whole time? Wow, until then we'd escaped the worst of the drought.

The last major rain we had was a gully raker (spelling) in January 05 which did not break the banks out in kooty which was about the same amount but in 2 days

Ahh, you mean those cold water droplets that fall from the sky? I thought rain was an urban legend (not Bronze) and that GeoNads and I were high on caching euphoria at 3am in June and 'imagined' the rain.
