I saw it on TV last night. On that whats good for you program. They did a comparison between Sleep, Fruit and Nuts, Exercise and something else which mussn't have been all that inportant cause I can't remember what it was.

Anyhow, needless to say they forgot tea but it turned out a 20 minute nap can increase concentration and reaction times by 18%. So there you go. Finding that afternoon cache just a little too hard, lie down and have a little 20 minute nap.

You watch the "What Crap I Carry With Me thread" explode with porta cots and queensize swags. Image

Yes Sam first signs!
Back to the event ! it is only through my slackness that I have not GC'd it.
The dates for the event are the 10-11 November, grounds will be the Brian Booth rec grounds t Perthville , just outside Bathurst.
Heaps of room for camping for those that dont go 24hrs, details on feeding times are till in discussion.
I shall post a coord when I start Ozi soon.
It's all go people hope all (most) can attend ! it will be huge.
Mr Router and crew.

Well we are into the final week of preparation, or organized Kaos, but all is looking good so far, we headed out to check on some w'points to see how they faired the downpours, most survived some were not so good.
But all will be good by the weekend.
At this rate bring your Gumboots, you may need them.
We are running rain, hail or shine......

Toilets on site, and some food is part of the package! Generally wide open spaces so to camp.
Tea and coffee will be supplied for free for the duration, soft drinks at a buck!
Two food tickets (Dinner gravy beef roll, brekky bacon & egg roll) included in entry, with extra rolls at $3
All will fall in to place at the brief!
Looking forward big time ! See you all then, 5 more big sleeps
Ps please pack some warms goodies and maybe a rain coat just in case! we are actually getting some rain.
I have booked good weather :)
