10th and 11th November Bathurst 24hr !

The idea has been around for a while now for an event in the Bathurst area and there has been lots of positive interest! so here's the first post for said event! We are in the throws of organizing a place for base which will provide lots of space for camping , we have some finals to sort out but all will be fine!
There will be a small fee for camping! Food will be provided at fair prices for brekky and lunch and dinner BBQ style. With enough numbers a spit roast dinner might happen??
There will be something for all tastes in caching.
We will post on GC as soon as the grounds are in the bag.
If interested tell a friend and put a post here to give us an idea for numbers

Just an update ! waiting for written confirmation for the ground.
We have had talks with two other local teams who are going to lend a hand! This will leave all the other teams in the area the opportunity to compete.
The aim of this event will be to find as many caches in 24 hours, points will come into it. As other events have done for those cachers that have done the rounds of the area, there will be more than enough to keep u happy.
So please put the weekend aside and join us for some fun.
