Your name at gc.com cannot be changed; and they don't delete accounts.

Past that... ;)

if you are happy to have different names for caching than for the forum but have the accounts 'Linked'

goto http://geocaching.com.au/my/

scroll down to 'change my cacher name' or goto

http://geocaching.com.au/my/cachername/

follow the on screens

If your forum name here matches your gc.com cacher name then you have nothing to do, your logs at gc.com will be imported here without you doing anything

why don't you just create the name correctly (ie re-register) on GC.com and start again (you may have to create a msn email account to divert the old account name to)

Mine doesn't, I've always had to do a manual synch. :(

Let me add ... for caches hidden in Australia or New Zealand.
Overseas caches need importing manually.
