We hope this verbiage doesn't change because we prefer to refer to the tracks walked than to how many caches we have found. Many of the tracks are far more interesting than the majority of caches. We have purposely not changed our star level for this very reason.caughtatwork wrote:Various cache find levels have different verbiage.
100 just happens to be tracks walked.

Re: Self-service Stars
When is mine going to update to over 500 found?
Re: Self-service Stars
When you follow the instructions for the Self-service Stars!MtnLioness wrote:When is mine going to update to over 500 found?
Seems to be a slight change in wording since the original post. Instead of "My Profile" It's now "My Settings > Update my settings"With the latest minor update the stars have become self-service.
To update, visit your 'my' page at http://geocaching.com.au/my/ , scroll down to "My Profile" and click "My Forum Stars". Your stars will be updated based on your logs here. If the count is incorrect, check your logs and upload any missing ones using the "Import logs" link near the bottom of your "my" page.
If you don't want stars, do NOT click the "My Forum Stars" link. you have been warned.

Re: Self-service Stars
Having hit 350 yesterday I just upgraded to the coveted "350 or more boxes found" - have been missing an unusual one since "100 or more tracks walked". Might keep it the same until the next one. As I recall that's as high as "950 gallons of fuel used" but there may be another few in there I haven't seen.
