Red Phone Booth on an island in Lake Burragorang?

Someone is enquiring about the above "mystery object" which was supposedly placed there as a practical joke.
I remember speaking to someone about this some time back but can't remember who it was, but I think it was a fellow Geocacher.
Anyone know any details?

Yeah, It was there but has since been removed due to being part of an aircraft incident, but you really need to talk to the CPL of Chaos... he knows quite a bit about it.
