Anyone going to the states soon?

I have in my possesion Dru's Nuts, and He would like them back. What I am looking for is anyone travelling to the States soon who might be in the position to drop Dru's Nuts off, preferably in California.

I am planning to travel to Los Angeles in late March in 2004. Its a bit far away but if the nuts are still here then I can take them. I'm not sure what the customs people will say though? Is there a law against taking extra nuts out of the country? And what about the owner. He'll be nutless?

I'm planning to travel to Sacramento, CA on 12 January.

I'd be glad to take it over--I'll be doing some caching while I'm there.

You'll need to get it to me by Friday, 9 January.

Just a warning - the US dept of agriculture might get a bit fussy about the Macadamia Nuts at the airport...

What a pity that I didn't get the chance to log this TB myself. I was the one that placed it in its first cache for Dru.
The last time I went OS you could buy Macca nuts at the airport.

If that falls through I read Alby and Wendy (Qld) are going OS soon as well.
