Well you already have pets mate, so there is no going down that track, so J had to find a substitute... electronics.. which is good, but wait till the novelty of that wears off.... then it's the "Darling I want a baby" and there aint enough gizmos or furry things in the world to distract them after that statement is made.......
or from the sounds of things... maybe I should be directing this statement at J; since she is the one coughing up the presents

Those DVR's or PVR's (personal video recorder) are the GO !
I got a Topfield PVR 6 months ago as it was the only twin tuner with a big HDD. So, now you can record 2 shows, watch another that you recorded earlier, FF thru all the ads, watch 3 hours of tv in 2 hrs and then you have spare time to do other things ..... like post to the forum ....

Congratulations on your 6 month wedding anniversary!
But wow, she must be quite a woman to realise how much easier it will be! It's big enough to have your maps up AND GSAK up at the same time! Can I get Mrs embi to talk to my fiance?Rabbitto wrote:It's going to be a bit distracting mounted on the dashboard of the car.

Perfect to be mounted on the windscreen of the car, with video cameras at the front bumper, and maybe one in the rear so you will never have to look back again. Not to mention the distance detectors. You can have a map come up on your windscreen as you drive..
Or you can mount it on the back window and type HUGE horrible messages for when people do the wrong thing on the road.. haha..
