Have I done something wrong?

update to this, I tried logging in a few times and that was all i got... but now I can log in........... go figure......

It's nothing you did swampy - Just a hicup in their database server.
USERS .IS_BANNED is just a database field.

It's being caused by the geocaching.com site attempting to log you into the Infopop (Groundspeak) forums (Which have failed completely at the moment).

Unfortunately it might be happening for a while, it seems the Infopop problem is major.
<p>
Rest assured that despite the error message you will have successfully logged in to Geocaching.com, and should be able to do everything normally on that site.
