A minor change to The Toppers Club

For those watching or planning this cache, I have made a minor change to the rules for The Toppers Club (GA0200). The whole idea of this cache is to get a small reward for your personal achievments in the way of a cache - but only where there is no other way.

So geographic features with trig points or other caches are out.
