Amazon promoting geocaching

I received an advertisement email from amazon.com today.

The subject was "Treasure in Your Backyard--Geocaching with Magellan GPS at Amazon.com" and it included the text "As someone who's purchased hiking and outdoor books, you might like to try the exciting outdoor activity called geocaching. Every neighborhood in the U.S. has buried treasure waiting for you to find with geocaching and a Magellan GPS." It then went to on advertise Magellan GPS receivers.

Strangely (or not), I have only ever bought cycling related books from Amazon.
