Not a bad idea embi... let us know your bank account details (give us your PIN as well, that'll make it easier for us) and we'll put some money in for you.
Maybe you should ask Jeremy to pitch in a few $$ as well... its all in the good interest of geocaching worldwide after all!

I think being the original au approver I am in the best position to be the judge of the caches.
Therefore if each state sends me thier contribution to the "Embi judges every cache in every state" fund, I will get cracking.
I think the best way to start would be the purchase of a Winnebago....
You know ofcourse that the Winnebago mob doesn't associate with the caravan and camper crowds, have a look at the roadside camps of the grey nomads travelling around Aust., the Winnies all stick together and don't mingle, therefore I feel obliged NOT to contribute so that I can still talk to you... don't want a us and them "atitude" forming within the geocaching set

Hmm - What makes you think Embi would want to talk with the likes of you Gecko. Us and You exists. You can fight it but it will just make it more painful.
That would be like me giving Mix the time of day. It would be to much effort just considering if he is worthy of me going to such effort.
Gecko - To the untrained eye you would percieve as a mutant frog and a kin to something served up in an entre in an "Indiana Jones does Indonesia" film. Should you seek the need to be put in your place - read the PM you have.

I thought I'd found them in more states than just Vic, NSW and ACT.
I've also found caches in NI and SI of NZ, Hawaii and Vietnam.
Notice that no one has done all eight territories yet. Should throw in NI and SI (as they're sort of the 9th and 10th states of Oz
).

In Australia, we have only cached in WA, though it a large state. We've cache as far north as Pt Hedland, and south and east as Albany and Esperance. We have cached in Bali but nowhere else at present.

NSW, Vic, WA, ACT and of course SA. Plus Malaysia, New Zealand and France and if plans come together I'll add another country to the list in July.
P.S. Has anyone got a good, legal, digital map of Japan for OziExplorer?

We have found caches in VIC, NSW, ACT + NZ-NI and China.
With some of the $29 interstate flights back on the market we might be able to enhance those figures
cheers Darren
