If you don't want a mascot then you can feel free to bag others ideas and play Devils Advocate.
If you do want a mascot then you better justify your suggestions of why your suggestion would make a good mascot.
You arty lot need to join the fray with visual examples.
Points to remember:
* KISS - Keep it Simple ya bloody idiot.
* Symmetry is good for flags (but who cares about that)
* Lots of colours costs lots of money to reproduce.
* Australian Symbolism and Gestures are good things.
* Apparently green frogs with gold rivets hangin out of there head are not a choice.

I think a mascot richary is just something to show we are growing as a community and have an identifiable symbol to rivit on our bonnets and make fun of on Tshirts and bumperskickers.
Oh - and to hassle someones wife on the sewing machine so some poor bastard can sweat their arse off dressed in fur in summer.
