Best swap... hmmmm I think the DVD i got out of "Choose Your Own Adventure".. it was Gone in 60Seconds... I swapped 5 items for it.... nothing under $5 either

Haven't found anything outstanding, though I use a mini carabiner out of a cache every day on my keys.
I left a $45 fishing reel as a first finders prize in Fishing around for a cache at Merimbula.
The family who found it's kid was apparently very pleased. Definately a feel good moment when I got that log.
I don't think anyone's found it since either. It's not my only boating cache but it's certainly the least visited
