Favourite Caching Related Sayings T-Shirts

Post by Team Red Devil » 08 March 05 7:23 pm

Okay- Here goes. For the next three weeks, I will be collecting caching sayings to go onto t-shirts. I will be doing three shirts to begin with. There is a prize for each person who's saying gets used- a tshirt with 'your' saying on it, and a monetary amount based on shirt sales. We will collect all the submitted sayings and collate them into a poll, which the members of this forum will vote on the top three sayings. Those three people will be awarded the prizes.

The only terms are:

1. You must have made up the saying yourself- you can't have copied it from someone else.

2. You must agree that we can use the saying on t-shirts- we don't need exclusive rights, but would prefer it, but permission to use the saying is necessary.

If you have any questions please PM me. :)

Marie- Team Red Devil

*EDIT* To be eligible, your saying/s must be posted here by 4:23pm (Perth Time) March 29th 2005. So get them in!

I think there is alread a thread covering this. Ill have a go. I like this sort of stuff. Let me try and find the thread first.

Found it!
I was hoping to do the same thing as you can gather from this thread but the set up and holding stock was too great for my public servant earnings.

This can be a great start for your project and I hope you can follow through as I couldn't.

Some of my suggestions:
(1) Cachers do it by numbers.
(2) Dare you to ask me if I'm lost.
(3) I search for boxes.
(4) Cache disposal expert. If I'm running keep up.
(5) I've lost my car keys - stop asking.
(6) I have five priorities - caching is a close second.
(7) Have time to waste - talk to me.
(8) Trainee. Please be patient.
(9) Yes I'm mad - step aside.
(10) Need an addiction - talk to me.
(11) Want to know where you are - ask me.
(12) Container Dynamics Technician - Testing in progress.
(13) “Need a lifeÂâ€

The terms sound fair. I look forward to seeing the results. I don't think I've copied anyone elses work here. My appologies if I have.

* Geocachers do it everywhere...
* Geocachers do it in the strangest of places.
* Maps and tupperware are my life, what do you care?!
* Have you seen my geocaching partners? Which way did they go? I must find them - I'm their leader!
* Geocaching - Geeks with a tan line since 2000.
* Geocaching - it gets us off the streets.
* Geocaching - My other hobby is weird too.
* Geocaching Urban Assult Team - Stand clear!
* Satelites and Tuppaware - it was only a matter of time before 'someone' put the two together!

* Connection to the internet - $150
Assorted trinkets from a $2 shop - $24
Handheld GPS unit - $300
An afternoon convincing numerous muggles that you're looking for 'lost car keys' - Priceless!
