Basically the cache is only open to non-members, i.e. the owner will delete any log by a Premium Member.

maybe not. There's nothing in the existing guidelines to stop it.<p>
I have not read the guidelines for a long time, but surely if you find a *traditional* cache and write in the logbook then you must be fully entitled to log a find for the cache on the page?
Let's say a cache owner deletes your legitimate find just because they don't like you?, is that allowed too?
Can the owener do anything they want with logs and no one can stop them? If so, that kinda sucks if someone has a legitimate find.

Let's not get carried away by this one like those fanatics on the secondary forum. Traditional cache or otherwise, you mightn't like the cache owner's 'requirements', but if they meet the 'guidelines' (and in this case TPTB say they do) and you log the cache without satisfying them, the find isn't 'legitimate' and I figure the owner is entitled to delete the log. I know I've had to do that from time to time, and it was invariably those from across the Pacific who tried to push the requirements beyond breaking point.

Worth also reading the more mature posts posted by Slider and Smurf at Jan 12 2005, 02:11 AM and others which followed. Sadly not all fall into this category but ... interesting points being raised about culture ... and some American's complete ignorance of other cultures.
