You start a new job, and your first thought? "Where do i park?" "Where is my damn office?" "Where does that bridge lead too?" Nope.
"Where is the nearest cache around here?"
...and there was two within 200m. Success! :D

granted, they're bridge banters. Bah!

When you're driving behind a truck advertising its building website on the back window (www.restump.com.au) and you can only read it as "rest ump"- Well, he does deserve one!

You get a call from your ex who is with the defence force and is being deployed to help with the clean up after Cyclone Yaris. Your eldest son lives with him and you are needed to go and stay for a few days until other arrangements can be made. Instead of packing you create pocket queries for the route up and the local area...then spend ages working out which caches have travel bugs and where you can move them too

You get your gegnome pathtags today, and the mailbox is letting rain in, therefore the letter is soaked.

My first thought?
"Crap, the log is soaked, i cant sign it!"

You are attending your gf's daughter's wedding this weekend and are more excited about the fact that the wedding is taking place in an area near SA's oldest metropolitan cache.

GF: "We'll have to give [other daughter] a ride back to her car Sunday morning and she may not want to stop off at the cache."
Me: "Too bad, she's going caching!"
