What is the best glue to fix magnets to plastics eg sistema type containers?. I've been using two part ep :( oxy but they don't stick too well.

I'm not sure of the best glue, but one hint to help glue stick to the plastic is to rough up the surface first with some coarse sandpaper so the glue has something to bind to. Another product I have used when painting them is called ESP (Easy Surface Preparation) - you should be able to find it at a decent hardware store. It seems to help the paint stick so may help with glue as well.

Polyurethane glue will work well. Gorilla is the most recognisable brand but there are cheaper ones. It will be brown and runny. Keep in mind it needs to be clamped and will expand on curing. It will however stick just about anything to anything.
