Heya all,
I've had 3 complaints from the public this month about people accessing caches (and trigs) on private land. Looking at logs on some of them I see that former finders have pretty much openly admitted to trespass in their logs.
Just a friendly reminder to all that trespass is punishable under various local criminal acts and it is YOUR responsibility to ensure you are compliant with the law. This website (or the others) won't be bailing you out! Please Archive any Trigs you find to be even slightly dubious or at least place a Needs Archiving log!
