Trickiest spots to fill in the D/T grid

I'm gradually filling in the gaps thanks to a few more difficulty 5 caches lately (puzzles). My biggest gaps are the 4.5 and 5 terrain caches which are either abseiling, rockclimbing, boating or treeclimbing caches in general. I will get around to these soon I hope. Outside of the high terrain ratings I have the following gaps:
Difficulty 1 Terrain 3.5
Difficulty 4.5 Terrain 1
Difficulty 4.5 Terrain 4

I've only plugged four out of 18 of the 4.5-5 terrain caches. That will change. Going to need a bigger boat...

Anyone got any suggestions in the Sydney region for my missing three?

Thanks - I recall the "Cool Cache" fiasco which shows how arbitrary the ratings are - a noob rated a fairly lame hide 4.5 difficulty apparently and there it stands.

Berowra Berries is one of only two caches north of my home base for about 30km and it's a kayak job so I've never managed to get there although it's on the list.

Must do Barney's Rubble one day too.

IllaWrong was on my list for the Jasmer Challenge being an ancient cache but I did fill that gap elsewhere.

I've only got 8 to go, but have done 49 terrain 4.5+

Canberra is a pretty good hunting ground for this type of cache because there are heaps in close proximity:
1.5/5, GC1H255 - Needs a canoe or a short swim. About 50 metres from shore (if that)
3.5/4.5 GC45MRH - Tree climb
2.5/4.5 GC1HZER - Night cache that can be done during the day I think. Final is a bit tricky.
4.5/4.5 GC1ZPAM - Near town 1/2 day multi. Some waypoints are a bit tricky. Need a PAF on tap
2.5/5 GC1ZN05 - VERY short swim or canoe
3/4.5 GC1NVA2 - Puzzle with some pretty gnarly terrain. Close to town
3/4.5 GC1NVA4 - As above, done on the same walk
3/4.5 GC1NVA5 - As above, You get a triple for your trouble.
3.5/4.5 GC3NMDB - Same mountain as above, but perhaps a different walk.
4.5/4.5 GCHBP5 - Summit of Mt. Corree. Can be done in an AWD SUV at the moment.
