Re: Caching games this year?
The game is bingo. Y'all will get bingo cards based on the number of caches you enter. There will be a maximum number of cards per entrant. Probably 5. Each card will have 25 numbers on it. You need to find caches that were entered in the game that END with those numbers. When your bingo card is full you'll be in for a prize.
As for theme.
Let's go with "transportation".
Transportation should be interpreted widely.
Bikes, cars (matchbox or full size), wheelchairs, crutches, planes, trains, roller skates / blades, ships, prosthetic legs, etc, etc.
Be as wild as you like.

So it's still a moving race?
Do frogs and gnomes count as transportation?

They will be moveable caches, yes. Otherwise you have no hope of getting the requisite numbers. They need to move around so people can get a fresh influx of caches to try and fill their bingo card.s_mc500 wrote:So it's still a moving race?

One other thing. You must MOVE the cache, not just find it to claim it on your bingo card. i.e. No bingo parties where everyone brings a few and you "log" them on the table. You need to move them. By at least 1 km.

I'm sure we'll think of something.....
Re: Caching games this year?
An event on a bus or the train so that by the time the next person logs the cache it is in a different location.
Re: Caching games this year?
Is this a final conclusion, bingo on a transport theme?

Re: Caching games this year?
How is a number assigned to a cache?
Am I understanding this?
If you want to cross off a 13 on your card you need to move a cache with #13 assigned to it?
Point me to the manual please ????

Last two digits form the number.gmj3191 wrote:How is a number assigned to a cache?

GA9913 would be 13.
GA4578 would be 78.
GA1234 would be 34.
Only caches entered into the game are eligible for your bingo card.

Re: Caching games this year?
I think you can enter as many moveables as you want, you just get a maximum of 5 bingo cards.
