I've finally found confirmation of what I've suspected for some weeks now. Our friend and fellow geocacher John Masser died in December 2011.

He was an exceptional bush walker and a keen geocacher, and gave a great deal of his time to community groups as a volunteer.

We'll miss you, John.

I remember a lot of Banksia777's caches, always great hides, and true bush ones at that.

Do they have GPS and caching in the afterlife? If so I will be looking forward to some great Banksia777 hides when I get there, farewell.
