One thing that's a plague this year that we didn't have with gnomes is micro frogs!
Man, I just brought 8 back from Melbourne to Sydney! You can usually hide smalls and regulars in obvious spots that can be found but some of these may disappear if I drop them into a stump!

Re: Frog Blindness Support Group
If you calculate the number of frogs who haven't made their first move against the total number placed in each state you end up with some interesting stats.
State TotalPlaced NoMoves Percentage
ACT 54 7 12.96%
NSW 90 4 4.44%
QLD 13 9 69.23%
SA 32 4 12.50%
TAS 65 1 1.54%
VIC 125 23 18.40%
for Qld.

Still, it's probably a lot warmer and sunnier there this week.petan wrote:If you calculate the number of frogs who haven't made their first move against the total number placed in each state you end up with some interesting stats.

Re: Frog Blindness Support Group
Sorry for missing WA, I thought I had included it but obviously not. Unfortunately I didn't save my spreadsheet.... but from memory WA was probably within the same sort of left languishing/no of hides ratio as NSW/Vic.
As for the Queensland Frogs... at the moment they are probably freezing their butts off with signficantly cooler weather out of season weather we have been experiencing in recent days. (need a blue frog smilie here)

Hmmm, I have just collected that cache. There are now four frogs!!CraigRat wrote:My problem today is I have 3 frogs attached to a solar panel that I have to hide!
spent all morning frogging, was a blast!
Coincidentally, as I typed that last line they all lit up. Some may say that that it's just the time of day that the light in my office drops below the critical level, but I'm beginning to wonder. Shouldn't they pass through a tadpole stage first, or doesn't that apply to solar frogs?
Any suggestions? I don't want to be hiding six solar frogs tomorrow!

I see that the 'unloved' TAS frog has been picked up.

Re: Frog Blindness Support Group
Keep them away from alcohol. Had three here last Saturday... they raided my alcohol supplies and amongt the passed out ampibians were three baby frogs. They all denied responsibility but .... or is just that the Lismore frogs?nutwood wrote:Hmmm, I have just collected that cache. To save you the trouble of counting these each time you're interested, there's a new graph on the ladder showing this and other informations.petan wrote:Updated the stats (including WA) as at about 8.30ESTpetan wrote:Sorry for missing WA, I thought I had included it but obviously not.
