Looks like it's just you... http://gsak.net is up for us.
Sure, this website or document may be experiencing some turbulence, but at least it's technically accessible from here (Brea, California - United States) and doesn't return any server error messages.

Re: GSAK's Website
Try another browser.
You may have inadvertently got gsak.net on IE's block list.
You may also try to see if it's on the blocked list.

Re: GSAK's Website
It works from here.
Try going to the command line (assuming you are on Windows) and going
ping gsak.net
See if it resolves the address, for me it comes up as 184.154.153.226
If it doesn't try pinging that address.
Slight chance your ISP's DNS servers have dropped it for some reason, in which case there are others you can set your browser to use. Google OpenDNS.

Re: GSAK's Website
Go to the Start Menu at the bottom left of Windows (or wherever you have your taskbar parked) and look for the Command Prompt icon. Alternatively go Start -> Run (that's XP but Win 7 is similar) and type cmd into the box of what you want to run.
This takes you back into the real world rather than being in Windows

Re: GSAK's Website
I was having problems on my laptop with GCA & some other sites (not GSAK) & it was cookie related. Set security to lowest setting & still couldn't access.
I have switched from IE as my browser, changed anti virus software and all issues have now resolved.
Not sure if this would help you or not.
